Process


  • The agent should inform the customer that an email containing all the necessary documentation, which will serve as a guide, will be sent shortly.
  • The agent should use the canned response for "Application for Licensing" and download all the files from this drive to attach to the email.
  • After sending the email, the agent should categorize the request as an inquiry and mark the ticket as resolved.
